Hello Everyone,
Thanks for taking time to come to my blog http://fundoobusiness.blogspot.in/. I will begin the 1st post of my blog by sharing my own story. Probably a lot of you would have similar story to tell
Often what happens to those of us that work in Monday-Saturday, 10 to 7 jobs is that we don’t know what our interests are anymore…we’re too busy trying to make money for someone else. You probably come home from your job exhausted. You just want to eat a meal, relax with your family and prepare for the next work day.
You’re not alone. I am the same kind. Working for almost 6 years in various "BANIYA & LALA COMPANIES" who would take pride in calling them corporates has done nothing considerable to me except for creating a desire to START SOMETHING ON MY OWN.
I travel extensively to reach office in time for 10 to 7 job and return by almost 9 just to find that my 11 months baby has already slept. This is what I do everyday I usually get lot of time for reading Quora, Entrepreneurs, Yourstory and other business and startup related websites. Everyone in my workstation cubicle does so and it has become a common WORK CULTURE in my office. I am even writing this blog sitting in office. I know it is not ethical on my part to do so but I ensure that all my works are completed on priority basis with complete perfection. My boss is always very happy with me. in my office it is only the "BANIYE KI DUKAAN type POLICIES" that causes stress and dissatisfaction among employees.
Many organisations even big one maintain this baniya type attitude with their employees. One thing these organisations fail to inherit is that employees are the backbone, the real strength for any organisation.
The success and the failure of any organisation depends on how the employees are treated.
Now coming back to the story, I always had strong desire to do my own business. Sometimes it was due to work related frustrations and sometime out of the realisation that I could do wonders if I do something on my own. I once read a very interesting quote somewhere which goes like this
I am kind of crazy to do something on my own but could never actually decide on what to do? I am still exploring various possibilities. Should I get into product trading or some kind of Entrepreneurship? But it is not only this question which has delayed my decision. Clarity of thoughts is important but the courage to QUIT MY JOB for some uncertain business is the biggest hindrance for people like me. Questions like How will I run my family?, How shall I repay my Home loans, will my life be secured, what if my business fails? and so many questions surround you the moment you decide to chase your dreams.
My business Plans are ready and the execution is in process. I am sure I will be able to share some good news on my business soon. I am, through my blog also committed to help people like me explore their true interests and potential and do what they love to do in life.
Regards
